Tiago is happiest when he puts on a dinner jacket and joins Orchestras around Wales and England on stage playing the clarinet. When not performing, you’ll most likely find him dancing salsa in Latin parties!

Tom is easy to please: he is happiest adventuring around by foot or bicycle whenever and wherever he can. Bonus points awarded when accompanied by sun, trees or at least one dog.

Nathan is happiest when spending time with friends, whether that is at the pub, a local gig or a trip away. When he isn’t spending time with friends, he loves listening to music & adding to his ever growing collection of records.

Tania’s happiest when she’s travelling, trying incredible food, and snapping far too many photos along the way. Her favourite place of all? Tokyo, especially on a peaceful early morning, wandering the suburbs on a Conbini coffee run.

Chris is happiest at home, usually deep into a new TV series or tinkering with the latest bit of tech, especially if it makes music. He’s a big fan of good food, cold beer, and catching live music whenever he can.

Dave connects business and tech, helping teams focus on what matters and deliver value quickly. With 20+ years across the tech industry, science, media and more, he’s a true all-rounder. He enjoys solving problems and pitching in… everyone needs a Dave! A dad of two he’s swapped his own sporting days for coaching youth football, finding joy in helping young players love the game.

Liz is at her happiest when pottering around at home with her husband, son, and pets. She loves the buzz of holidays and music festivals, but nothing beats that first diet coke back on the sofa afterwards. Outside of work, you’ll find her stretching out in a yoga class, getting lost in a good book, or whizzing around Cardiff Bay on roller skates (gracefulness optional).”
